What is iOS Virtual Camera Tweak?

iOS vCAM is a jailbreak tweak that registers a virtual camera device in iOS. Apps using the native camera picker can select it as an alternative input, allowing it to emulate the device’s physical camera. It relies on system frameworks only accessible on jailbroken devices, so stock iOS is not supported (Unless Sideloading is used).
